Appleton, Wisconsin – It is with great enthusiasm that U.S. Venture welcomes a new President to their U.S. Lubricants Division, James Williams. James will relocate from Houston, working from corporate headquarters in Appleton, Wisconsin. As President, James will be responsible for leading and overseeing the vision, strategy, and operations for the lubricants business. He will provide strategic leadership and direction across the lubricant landscape while building profitable business platforms that will be the catalyst for future growth.

James joins U.S. Lubricants from Houston with over 20 years of experience and outstanding business development success, new market expansion, and strategic partnerships within the lubricants industry. In his most recent role at Castrol, James was a senior sales leader for the Western region. Prior to Castrol, James was in a general manager position for Shell, serving as an executive leader for all Shell Marine operations across 20 countries in North and South America.

James has a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dillard University in New Orleans.
